Getting replacement parts or panels is a snap! While we don’t make repair visits, SKUTCHI Designs can ship you a replacement when needed. Any item, not under warranty, can be purchased and shipped to you quickly. Simply take a picture of the damaged part or parts. Then, email it to your project manager with an explanation of what you need. We’ll provide a quote for the replacement item(s) upon request. If the item is still under warranty, we will take care of the shipping cost and the cost of replacing the part. Contact your project manager if you need additional clarification or warranty information.
