Customer is responsible for inspecting all freight for damage when it arrives. Note all visible damage on the BOL (Bill of Lading) if discovered before signing. Additionally, written notification of damage is required within 48hrs. of delivery. SKUTCHI Designs will replace only those pieces damaged. Likewise, if you notice concealed damaged, please take a picture and forward it to [email protected]. We will get back to you within 24 hrs. of submitting pictures. Please contact your project manager if you require further clarification.
