Yes. Provided your project is not in the production stage. Products manufactured and assembled by SKUTCHI Designs are custom-built to specification. Therefore, we cannot cancel an order once it has entered into the manufacturing phase.
You may cancel your order prior to this phase of production. Please submit your request in writing. However, there are no refunds on any consultation/drawing fees. Contact your project manager for more details.
